Data parsing, BlockfrostProvider arg check, Node.js error fix

Data Parser

• remove uneccessary utf8 string validation
• fix returned type of toBytes func
• clean up code by reuising isHexString & write test cover for every function

BlockfrostProvider

• add checks for a valid first argument inside constructor
• write a new test cover

HTTP Error Parser

• prevent an 'XMLHttpRequest is not defined' error in node.js environment by adding check for an XMLHttpRequest instance before accessing it
