[Fix] php artisan backpack:build on our demo highlights a bunch of minor problems

Trying to fix command #159

php artisan backpack:build

• Ask for validation type
• Fix minor errors while executing on demo
• Avoid appending sidebar menu item if exists(on the basis or url).
  backpack:add-sidebar-content is a part of CRUD. Can't be done here
