I’m Ricardo Serrato Barrera

👋 About Me

I am a Full Stack Developer (M.C.S.) with 15+ years of professional experience. I have built a wide variety of systems over the years. Below is a brief timeline of my career as a programmer:

2004 – 2009
As a university student, I was involved in multiple business projects using Java, MySQL, and SQL Server.

2009 – 2011
During my master’s degree, I developed numerical software related to Newton’s method.

2012
I worked as a university professor, teaching software engineering, programming, and network security.

2012 – 2019
I spent seven years designing and developing CRM, ERP, and financial software using .NET desktop technologies.

2019 – 2023
I worked for four years developing and maintaining a low-code platform, involving web, mobile, and desktop development, as well as AWS and Google Cloud.

2023 – 2024
I built finance and CFDI (Mexican digital tax receipt) apps and launched my personal brand “Programming Headache.”

2024 – 2025
I returned to .NET development, working on POS and CRM systems.

Right now, I am focused on growing my YouTube channel and building my career as a self-employed software developer.
