Enabled out-of-tree build support while preserving existing in-tree build functionality moving generated files of
externtotempandgen.Reworked the docker builds to use out-of-tree build and put only
genfiles in the mapped source tree.Reworked the docker builds improving the write of files in the host using host's uid/gid.
Reworked ARM Linux builds to execute on ARM machines, resulting in an approx. 3x performance improvement.
The firebird-builder-linux docker images images have been moved to the firebirdsql org.
