New StaticSite component is built on top of CloudFront component, with addition of the new S3Assets component serving as S3 organizational unit.
Integration tests for StaticSite v2 component. Tests mostly focus on S3 bucket configuration, as CloudFront distribution is already thoroughly covered with tests. Adds `@aws-sdk/client-s3` as a dev dependency.
The StaticSite component is now available for use in v2. Add build tests for the StaticSite component.
