This is not needed any more, as this is now handled by
studio_serviceBasically what we do now is when user runs
Sync with CDNwe automatically upload the assets to CDN, and update the respective env variables. So, CDN assets are automatically getting the CDN url, no need to check if asset is available on CDN or not
