Spectro Denoise - Remove repetitive patterns from your images

Spectro Denoise is specialized image processing software. Use the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) to remove repetitive patterns and unwanted artifacts from your images. It is ideal for photographers, designers, researchers, or anyone who needs to process images to improve their quality. It has multiple automation features and advanced manual controls, and supports colour and grayscale images. It's especially good at removing the halftone effect used in some printed images.

EXECUTION

• Download the executable file “Spectro Denoise.exe” from the link provided by the developer.
• No installation required: simply run the “.exe” file by double-clicking it.
• If you use antivirus software, make sure it allows the file to run (false positives are common with .exe files).
• The executable includes all necessary dependencies.

USER INTERFACE The interface is divided into three main areas:

Left panel:

• Buttons for manipulating images: 📁 Open, ❌ Close.
• Checkbox 🔧 to calculate the automatic filter.
• Filter intensity slider (0-100%).
• Brush size slider (1-100 pixels).
• Processing: The application automatically detects whether the image is in color or grayscale; this can be changed manually.
• 🛑 Clear selection button, removes all masks made with the brush.
• Buttons for ⚡ Process, 💾 Save.

Center panel:

• 🎆 Spectrogram: Shows the frequency representation of the image (FFT).
• 🏞️ Original: Shows the uploaded image without modification.
• ⚡ Processed: Shows the result after applying the filter.

Menu bar:

• File: Options to open, close, and save images.
• Options: Customize theme: Light/Dark and change interface language: Spanish/English.
• About: Link for donations, access to tutorial: (Using the brush and spectrogram), link to check the latest version, and information about the software.

IMPORTANT

• It is only necessary to select the bright “stars” near the center of the spectrogram, not all of them.
• If there are no clear frequency “peaks,” do not select anything, just click process and manually control the filter intensity.
• If the result is too blurry, lower the filter intensity manually.
• If the result still contains a lot of patterns/noise, increase the filter intensity manually.
• When processing very large images, it may take longer than normal; please be patient, the processing will continue without any problems.

Spectro Denoise es un software especializado en procesamiento de imágenes. Utiliza la transformada rápida de Fourier (TRF) para borrar patrones repetitivos y artefactos no deseados en tus imágenes. Es ideal para fotógrafos, diseñadores, investigadores o cualquier persona que necesite procesar imágenes para mejorar su calidad. Incluye múltiples automatizaciones y controles manuales avanzados, soporta imágenes en color y en escala de grises. Es especialmente efectivo para eliminar el efecto de semitono que usan algunas imágenes impresas.

EJECUCIÓN

• Descarga el archivo ejecutable "Spectro Denoise.exe" desde el enlace proporcionado por el desarrollador.
• No requiere instalación: simplemente ejecuta el archivo ".exe" haciendo doble clic.
• Si usas antivirus, asegúrate de que permita la ejecución (falsos positivos comunes en .exe).

INTERFAZ DE USUARIO

La interfaz está dividida en tres áreas principales:

Panel izquierdo:

• Botones para manipular las imágenes: 📁 Abrir, ❌ Cerrar.
• Casilla 🔧 para hacer el cálculo del filtro automático.
• Control deslizante de Intensidad del filtro (0-100%).
• Control deslizante del Tamaño de pincel (1-100 píxeles).
• Procesamiento: La aplicación detecta automáticamente si la imagen es en color o en escala de grises, se puede cambiar manualmente.
• Botón 🛑 Limpiar selección, elimina todas máscaras hechas con el pincel.
• Botones para⚡ Procesar, 💾 Guardar.

Panel central:

• 🎆 Espectrograma: Muestra la representación en frecuencia de la imagen (FFT).
• 🏞️ Original: Muestra la imagen cargada sin modificar.
• ⚡ Procesada: Muestra el resultado después de aplicar el filtro.

Barra de Menú:

• Archivo: Opciones para abrir, cerrar y guardar imágenes
• Opciones: Personalizar tema: Claro/Oscuro y cambiar idioma de la interfaz: Español/Inglés
• Acerca: Link para donaciones, acceso a tutorial: (Uso del pincel y el espectrograma), link para revisar la versión más reciente e información acerca del software.

IMPORTANTE

• Solo es necesario seleccionar los “puntos” brillantes cerca del centro del espectrograma, no todos ellos.
• Si no hay “picos” de frecuencia claros, no seleccione nada, simplemente haga clic en procesar y controle manualmente la intensidad del filtro.
• Si el resultado es demasiado borroso, baja la intensidad del filtro manualmente.
• Si el resultado aún contiene muchos patrones/ruido, aumenta la intensidad del filtro manualmente.
• Cuando se procesan imágenes muy grandes, puede tomar más tiempo del normal; tenga paciencia, el procesado continuará sin ningún problema.
