Welcomeダイアログ表示前にアイコンを準備するようにしました。なお、
setLookandFeelはinitProjectAndHistoryでDB初期化を行ったあとに呼ばれる必要があるため、アイコン処理のコードだけ先行して呼ぶようにしました。
