Remove emoji icons from README.md file

This PR removes all emoji icons from the README.md file while preserving the document structure and readability.

Changes Made

• Removed 34 unique emoji icons from section headers, feature lists, and usage examples
• Preserved all text content - only emojis were removed, no informational content was lost
• Maintained document structure - all headings, code blocks, links, and formatting remain intact
• Kept box-drawing characters for the directory tree structure (│, ├──, └──) as these are standard ASCII characters used for formatting, not emoji icons
