Addresses review feedback on PR #6625 to update the README tagline.

Changes

  • Updated README.md tagline from "managing Azure applications with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)" to "build, deploy, and operate Azure applications"
  • Simplified verb form from gerunds to infinitives for consistency with action-oriented workflow terminology

Before:

After:
