Python script to simulate a session

Change:

• Adding a script to create a fake event, add data, then delete the event.

Why:

• In a local testing environment, adding users via the admin page is slow. While this isn't automated testing, it can help iterate on other changes without the need for the proper timing equipment (and cars).

Questions:

• What APIs is the real timing equipment touching that is giving this system errors? Is this something that can be simulated locally? @ThatAstronautGuy
