动机
transformers v5 计划将加速 kernel 的使用能力独立出一个单独生态工具，于是诞生了 huggingface/kernels 项目。目前 kernels 已经支持在 NPU 中使用，所以这里提供一份使用文档。
附：近期在 huggingface/ kernels，以及将其集成在 transformers 中做的一些工作。
