This PR adds a new public AlmaLinux mirror located in Ankara, Turkey.

http: http://mirror.veritescil.com.tr/almalinux/
https: https://mirror.veritescil.com.tr/almalinux/
rsync: rsync://mirror.veritescil.com.tr/almalinux

  • Update frequency: 1h

The mirror is publicly accessible over HTTP/HTTPS and rsync.

@djsami , please rename file in your PR
Currently you have mirror.veritescil.com.tr (TR)
It should be mirror.veritescil.com.tr.yml

Your mirror should be the same as https://repo.almalinux.org/almalinux/ with all dirs, symlinks and files.
So far I can only see 8 9 10 dirs here: https://mirror.veritescil.com.tr/almalinux/
Please follow https://wiki.almalinux.org/Mirrors.html

Please also remove "iso" line from your file.
