Enabling Guest Account Access
Previously, the only guest allowed in the server was erkki. This commit will allow anyone that is a member of our Discord server that is not a Mod or Admin access the webserver as a guest.

Previous problems with erkki's #33 fixed themselves somehow. I assume it was caused by permissions of some kind, which got fixed by the cronjob that is running on the server. This is ready to merge whenever @stuudmuffin |

the defaul password was password. While we expected people to change these, when discord auth works, this isn't used. Leaving a backdoor into the web control if the server owner doesn't update this file.

Eh, the code is still there. But it's been long enough it'd need to be merged in and conflicts resolved. It's just code to enable guest access to the web server, as in non-Moderators. They'd still have to be part of the 3Ra Discord and wouldn't have any access to the server controls. Strictly view-only |

Guests will only have access to see the status of servers and view the chat log. Not much there right now, but we can improve on it in the future.
