Summary

make apply_diff tolerate context lines that lack leading spaces so LLM-generated diffs can be applied
add regression coverage for diffs that omit context prefixes

Testing

pytest -q tests/test_applydiff_edgecases.py::test_diff_without_context_prefixes --disable-warnings
