Registration of components in child theme

Currently components can only be registered in the parent theme.

We could either:

• register components manually (in the same way as commands and view composers)
• put child theme components in their own namespace: https://laravel.com/docs/12.x/packages#view-components

I think I have slight preference for the second method because components in the main theme just work. No need to register all components manually in a config file.
