Describe the bug

Using cmd + shift + [ or ] to switch between tabs when I have Russian, Japanese input source doesn’t work, while with English, Polish it works fine. This is a common shortcut that works in Safari, Xcode, Ghostty and many other apps, but not in Warp. It also doesn’t work in VSCode.

This seems like a common problem for non-native macOS apps that when using non-latin input source shortcuts doesn’t work properly.

To reproduce

  1. Set input source to Russian (or any non-latin alphabet input source)
  2. Try to use cmd + shift + [ or ] shortcut

Expected behavior

Shortcuts work
