The first week! #3
Description
I started in the new work, how a Support Analyst for Maintenance Management Software. I'm enjoying a lot this opportunity, and the apprenticeship is being continuous.
In fact I already have experience with conversations and negociations, and I always helped people to solve problems, but now I'm in a technology company, and I need to help in a different way. I talk to clients everytime, about many situations, how: usability, client journey, bugs, the better experience and practices, and others.
I work with smart people, and this is the better of my new level: to learn and to have someone to inspire me. I was missing that in the last years...
So, is this. I continue trying to write in English, and improve in all areas of my life. See you on next week. By!
