Switching away from the emacs review note editor tab while it's loading the notes file will abort the file load

The system has been configured to save the file in the emacs buffer when the focus is switched away from the tab.  It does this by pushing 2 Ctrl-G characters into the input stream, which will cancel the current operation, which happens to be a file load, leaving the note editor with an empty buffer.

If this happens, close the tab and reopen it without interruptions.
