Is a smooth scroll possible for initial mouse entry?

If I have the center of the image loaded and the mouse enters to the far left, there is a jump of the image when it comes into the paver div. Is there a way to have a smooth scroll to the entry anchor point?

Not that I know of, but it could be something easily fixable. I’ll look into that.
