Description

The soil properties table for a soil starts with a row showing depth of 0-0

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create site at 32.25459, -106.76431
2. Go to Soil ID screen and select soil Anapra
3. Scroll down to soil properties table
4. See issue

Expected behavior

See a table with multiple valid depths. (See Soil Web screenshot below)

Actual behavior

See a table with only one depth, 0-0, "Sand"
