Windows 11 no longer allows 0.5ms timer resolution?

Ever since i upgraded from Win 10 to Win 11, i had 2 issues. my network icon no longer shows in taskbar tray on right side no matter what i do and timer resolution no longer keeps my timer at 0.5ms, it goes to 0.5ms if i set it to that then it goes back to 1ms. Any fix? thanks!

Sorry i'm late lol!

So in Windows 11 Microsoft, has changed their Win32 API (the one this program, and all programs, are using to change the timer), to restrict from 0.5MS back to 1MS due to battery-life efficiency, and prolonging use without harm.

Downgrading to Windows 10 should remove this issue.
