Does not work on Luna CDT #28

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Luna CDT i.e. eclipse for C/C++
2. Install
3. Does not work (I used on Kepler - it was OK)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no menu to use
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows, Eclipse Luna 4.4.1
Please provide any additional information below.
