Dataset links missing, info page interface problem

When searching on cuahsi keyword 'carbon' and going to the info page of the firt hit ' HJ Andrews...' (http://www.water-switch-on.eu/sip-webclient/byod/#/resource/11931 ) there is different results under the title 'Datasets'. One of the testers got the information (links etc) (fig 1), one only got the title (fig 2), and one only blank (fig 3).

Since it is the same link, the same browser and tool we expect to get the same result.
