How to get /tickets_remaining? 

I can't find any documentation at https://developer.showclix.com/ for this method, and tested the URL https://api.showclix.com/Event/1234/tickets_remaining with my eventID, https://api.showclix.com/Event/6192283/tickets_remaining
but it doesn't work and goes to a 404 error. 

Are there other parameters that needs to be added to the method?
