[MACSIMA] Parsing cycle number from filename doesnt work for renamed files

Hey everyone,

Currently the macsima reader parses the cycle name from the filename. This doesnt work when the file has been removed and the filename does no longer follow the standard convention from MACSiQ View export. It would be better to parse the cyclenumber from the name in the tiff metadata, if this exists.
