In the SbbTable, it would be good to have access to the variables index, first, last analogous to @for/*ngFor.

We will have a look, but since we are using the CDK table functionality, I'm not yet sure what would be possible.

@kyubisation in the meantime I found the following did work - maybe you can check if this is only some strange side effect or document this behavior?
