Consider not using Windows setting "Transparency effects"

For TranslucentSM to work, one has to set "Transparency effects" on in Windows Settings > Personalization > Colors. This has the side effect of setting Windows File Explorer title bar translucent, which is undesired by me.

However, TranslucentTB doesn't need that Windows setting to be set, somehow.

Can you please consider not using Windows setting "Transparency effects", same as TranslucentTB?
