Hi, the code has been updated to output all measurements in these two csv files. But there are indeed some issues with your results (lots of cells are empty), this is likely caused by the folder path settings. You ran the code on Windows which uses '' as the path separator. This conflicts with the one used in Linux and Mac. Checking the path variables (particularly those for saving and reading files) would help.

Hi, your files look fine. Some empty rows should be caused by segmentation failure. You can have a quick check on the segmentation results in Results/M2 folder. For disc_feature csv file, it includes features for the disc-centred images. I guess that your dataset might include no disc-centred images.
