Provide linked data translation method/tool

The yml document can be automatically translated to JSON.

Adding a separate and standardized JSON-LD @context could enable automatic translation to a Linked Data version of publiccode.yml files. The resulting information could therefore be automatically linked with any other relevant entities which are referred, such as publishing subjects, licenses.

Also dependencies could be standardized in the form of controlled vocabularies.

https://codemeta.github.io/crosswalk/publiccode/ shows the correspondence between the publiccode.yml vocabulary and the codemeta.json vocabulary. Any work towards a "Linked Data version of publiccode.yml" can probably benefit from discussions about codemeta.json. I'm not sure how this is relevant, but I thought it was worth mentioning.
