Allow teams in Linux workshop to specify their own team name

This could be made way less laborious on the admins' side by having the teams just write their desired team name to a file, and have the admin service pick it up, and set the hostname.

Adding another DB column like ip_address would let us keep scores consistent across team-name changes.
