In-game server browser does not appear

In-game server browser sometimes does not appear (it only show cursor), it requires you to restart your client multiple times just for it to show.

I am using 0.3.7-R1 (from the launcher) and has few mods.

Same happened on 0.3.7-R5 during loading screen. Seems to have been fixed for now, I just assumed it was due to it being on loading screen. Others have reported similar issues on 0.3DL
