Visualizations for history

Should be available on the History tab, such as above tabular data. Switch between with tabs or a segmented selector.

Should use SwiftUI's charting tools rather than 3rd party package.

Possible visualizations:
- number of routines completed per month (bar graph?)
- intensity progress for exercises of a routine (line graph?)
