Getting a new updater solution to what's included

After looking at Netdata's hex (I think) string for updates, I decided that I should try and accomplish the same idea.

The system would use hexadecimal, and PyTerm would see if it's hex number included matches up. If not, it displays a new version is needed, using a readable version number.

Indev support is not likely, however.

Honestly, the update system is pretty good. One thing I would like to add is giving the user a link to download the latest version of PyTerm, and this will get implemented into Beta 4.
