onFileLoaded function error

Describe the bug
When the file is uploaded the first time it works perfectly but if we upload the file the second time without refreshing the page it does not go to the function passed to the onFileLoaded.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Upload the file once
2. upload it the second time and you will get the bug
   Expected behavior
   The function should be called every time a new file is uploaded
