Automate common tasks

Common tasks should be automated in a Makefile. Tasks would include:

• Run the project.
• Go to next section.
• Go to previous section.
• Merge previous section into current.

Added a Makefile with the commands:

• next
• prev
• forward

Still needs commands to:

• Setup the environment
• Run the app
• Run migrations.

That would be done after Dockerizing the repository.
