Adjust structure of the ontology tree

Some folders in the ontology tree are redundant [see images]. Reduce levels, if possible

Some background information on this issue: The first Hierarchy level is the name of the Module, the second level is the name of the FHIR Profile. The third and further levels are directly taken from the FHIR CodeSystems.
I would advice against renaming those.

I already implemented a function to delete the second level if the module name and FHIR profile name are identical. We could extend the condition to being synonymous.
