Repeated Error #283404

It keeps opening terminal using the global environment, rather than the project environment. Runs a lot of powershell commands which fail, installs things to wrong environment. I am frequently correcting it, but then the main task gets lost. Now since 14/12/2025 1pm AEST, it says I'm going to do something, then I can to type continue to make it start, then it stops again and I have to type continue again. I am about to create new conversation and restart VS Code.
