Expect session title in Recent Sessions to match that when I click on session

Testing #281061

In the Recent Sessions list, the title of my session is the first message I sent in that chat:

When I click on the session, the title is different as it's the AI-generated one:

I believe I'd expect them both to use the same AI-generated title.

After doing some further navigation between sessions, it seems the titles of the sessions in the Recent Sessions list do eventually update to match the AI-generated title:

@osortega can you please check? I suspect that when a chat session title changes to the AI generated one, we miss to update the local session from the provider, i.e. the label does not change?

It might be a race condition for when we show the label and when we update the preferred title. Will take a look
