How to update lnbits?

Certain lnbits extensions can't be updated to the most current version because lnbits isn't updated to the latest version. I'm wondering if there is anything special about your docker image for lnbits, or if maybe I can just use the Dockerfile from https://github.com/lnbits/lnbits/blob/dev/Dockerfile to build the latest version and replace it?

the versions 1.0.x of lnbits are strongly different from previous ones. So we have to make some tuning and tests before.
