getRunProtocol: allow disabling per-test status

Request

Add a new GET parameter (e.g. per_test_status=false) to getRunProtocol that will cause the per-test statuses to be omitted.

Motivation

This feature may be useful for clients that are only interested in compiler output, not in the judging results.
