Move the cover when renaming files

When we call `fix-paths`, if the original directory have a `cover` file, it stays in place and:
- there is no cover in the new directory
- it is not possible to delete the old directory because it is non-empty

We should update the `fix-paths` command to move that `cover` file if it exists with the audio files.
