Creation of data_batches #1

First of all realy thanks for the wonderfull explanation and code.
My doubt is that , In the CIFAR10 data set the data is divided into 5 data_batch files. And Can you please explain in your code at where that is performed (Also the creation of the test_batches) .Sorry for the inconvienience and Thanks in advance
