The xcframework related feedback

1. The xcframework product is missing soft link support for macOS platform.
2. Also the xcframework only supports macOS now. I suggest also adding iOS & iOS simulator support.

A minor issue is that the artifact I downloaded will be named "Compute.xcframework.zip.zip"

The unzipped result is now matches expectation.
