Installing a versioned bcbio release

I'd love to know the proper procedure for installing a specific bcbio version (e.g. v1.1.0):
https://github.com/bcbio/bcbio-nextgen/releases

The current installation page on readthedocs only explains how to install the latest commit from master:
https://bcbio-nextgen.readthedocs.io/en/latest/contents/installation.html
