"Pixels need to be reconfigured"

just having some issues connecting my two dice to Foundry VTT after I upgraded the VTT to version 13. Essentially the dice will not pair, and will pop up this error message on the console:

foundry.mjs:117855 Some previously-configured Pixels dice were not able to automatically re-connect, and must be reconfigured. 
pixels-config.mjs:52 NetworkError: Failed to execute 'writeValueWithResponse' on 'BluetoothRemoteGATTCharacteristic': GATT Server is disconnected. Cannot perform GATT operations. (Re)connect first with `device.gatt.connect`.
