Converter for Lacuna Labels

There's a really great dataset on 'A region-wide, multi-year set of crop field boundary labels for Africa', which would help us increase our global coverage ;) See https://github.com/agroimpacts/lacunalabels

It's on the list for fields of the world, but it'd be great to start with the converter to get it into fiboa. Looks like the data is already GeoParquet - https://zenodo.org/records/11060871

Wasn't someone at the kickoff in STL working on improving this?
Not sure what the status of the improvement is, but a basic version is implemented, indeed.
