basic webxr support

so lets focus on oculus now. i have tried and the site loads in oculus, but gamepad does not work there. i guess we
 should add webxr support, so tell me how can we go about it? i think some form of webxr works in mac chrome as well,
 so maybe we do initial testing on it, and once something is working we start oculus testing.
