Track user in standings list

If the output of `cf standings 1234 -f` is large then it could be that the logged in user doesn't actually see their place (i.e. if all their friends have a higher standing in the contest).

There could be a `--track` option, for example, to try to show the user's row at all times - in the middle whenever possible, otherwise anywhere in the first X rows of the output.
