[REFACTOR] Simplify codebase to improve self-hosting experience #77
Description
We want to simplify the codebase to greatly improve the self-hosting experience for everyone. A lot of components, like Auth0, were added to this project to allow us to host it on the cloud as a full product. Since we are now going to be moving forward as a largely open-source, self-hostable project, these components are nothing more than bloatware.
We will start a major refactoring so that we can get rid of this stuff from the codebase and make it UNBELIEVABLY easy to self-host Sentient, for free so that everyone can start using the features that matter - without getting caught up in the issues that they are facing with self-hosting.
